the new charlie miller source is superb and has been uploaded to etree by wharfrat73 for those who don't have access to jp's or legs.the uncle john's>rat>dark star is such a sweet ride.this is the most complete version to have circulate and the source comes from Two 10 inch reels recorded at 7.5 ips (1/2 track).who needs rhino when we have charlie miller.

Very exciting to see another '72 Good Lovin and one of the longest Playing in the Bands of the tour surface! At last!

As for 1-8-79, I agree with CM about the exciting second set. The band's music had become ever sludgier in late '78, but many of the early '79 shows are nice & energetic, and this show has them tossing energy back at a noisy crowd! Love the Scarlet>Fire.
